Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will:

• Directly craft and refine design elements, focusing on innovative gamification and AI integration.
• Lead the design process from concept to reality, applying your expertise in a well-established, high-impact environment.
• Engage in proactive user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
• Work closely with our experienced product and engineering teams to bring your design visions to life.
• Ensure an intuitive, delightful, and engaging user experience across the company's product suite.
  

Requirements

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in product design.
• A compelling portfolio in UI, interaction, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A solid track record in designing for gamification and user engagement.
• Experience with animation tools (Bonus points for Rive experience).
• A passion and curiosity for exploring the latest in Generative AI tools.
• Strong background in user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for education and insights into the challenges and dynamics of math education.
