About the role

As Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all project coordination and field activities for both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. This includes managing project budgets, ensuring on-time delivery, and coordinating closely with clients, research teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Defining project timelines, preparing budgets, and identifying the resources needed for successful execution.
  • Resource Management: Coordinating and negotiating with vendors, as well as sourcing and securing the necessary equipment and materials.
  • Budget Management: Tracking expenses, controlling costs, and proactively managing spending to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Project Monitoring: Evaluating project progress against the plan, independently addressing issues, and implementing corrective actions to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Quality Control: Upholding high-quality standards by following research methodologies, ensuring data accuracy, and complying with the client's guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with digital assets and planogram development.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent internal and external client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in marketing research or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Decipher or similar data collection platforms.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or comparable project management tools.
  • Global experience working with international teams and overseas vendors for product procurement and quantitative and qualitative fieldwork.
