This is where we go through with a fine tooth comb and identify what your ideal candidate looks like, budgets, deal breakers and expectations.

2. Candidate Pool Building

Once we kickstart, we source candidates from 4 main channels:

3. Screening & Shortlisting

Once we have built our pool of candidates, we then go through and screen each candidate 1 by 1 - either by phone by manual CV review.

4. Internal Permhunt Interviews

From the shortlisted candidates, we then conduct internal 1 on 1 interviews with the top candidates identified.

5. Candidate Profile Submission

Once we have identified the top candidates post internal interview, we then submit 3-4 candidate CVs via email for client review.

6. Client Interviews

For the approved candidates, we then setup the client and the candidate for 1 on 1 interviews. This is where you can ask them any question you like and see if they would be a good fit. This part can be customizable.

7. Testing (Optional)

If you would like to integrate testing into the process, please provide the appropriate material and we can facilitate.

8. Reference & Criminal Checks

Once we have identified the ideal candidate - we (Permhunt) then requests a reference and appropriate documentation for their criminal checks.

9. Final Offer & Onboarding

If all is clear - we then send out the contract to the candidate for signing! We touch base with the candidate along the way also to ensure a smooth onboarding.
