Our client is seeking an experienced .NET and Azure Technical Lead to design and build secure, scalable cloud applications.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, Azure architecture, and Azure Kubernetes Service, with DevOps experience considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud-native applications using C# and .NET.
- Define scalable architecture using microservices, event-driven systems, or modular monoliths.
- Build APIs, background services, and event-driven workflows.
- Design secure Azure environments using AKS, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, and Entra ID.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve application performance, reliability, security, monitoring, and cost efficiency.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering and testing standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote strong engineering practices.
Required Experience
- At least five years of professional .NET development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core or .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience.
- Practical experience with Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing APIs and distributed or event-driven systems.
- Strong SQL Server experience.
- Experience leading code reviews and mentoring developers.
Desirable Experience
- DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
- MongoDB.
- Blazor WebAssembly and SignalR.
- Application Insights and Log Analytics.
- Automated testing and advanced deployment strategies.
