Principal Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Permhunt is a tech-specialized headhunting agency with offices in Makati and Sydney, connecting local and global companies with the top 1% of Philippines tech talent. As we scale aggressively across the Philippines market, we're looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant ready to grow with us.

This is a fully hands-on, 360° role - spanning full-cycle tech recruitment, business development, and client management. You'll take ownership of Manila-based searches while working closely with the local team and Sydney leadership to build something exceptional.

Job Description

• Conduct end-to-end 360 recruitment, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to identify technical talent needs.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.

Desired Qualifications (still apply if you don't meet all!)

• 7+ years recruitment experience, including 1+ years exposure on technology roles.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to connect with and establish bonds with hiring decision-makers and candidates.
• Effective time and project management abilities.
• An autonomous thinker with the capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.
