Our client is a global healthcare organization seeking experienced nursing professionals to deliver virtual clinical education, training, and professional development programs for its US-based nursing workforce.
This role focuses on facilitating engaging online learning experiences, supporting nurse onboarding, clinical competency development, and continuous professional education. You will collaborate with US-based nursing education specialists to ensure training programs meet clinical standards and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual nursing education, clinical training, and professional development programs.
- Facilitate online orientation, onboarding, nurse residency, and specialized clinical training.
- Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences using virtual education platforms.
- Collaborate with US-based nursing education specialists to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
- Apply adult learning principles, clinical knowledge, and appropriate teaching methods to educational programs.
- Support clinical competency assessments and validation activities.
- Monitor training performance, analyze learning outcomes, and prepare reports.
- Ensure educational content aligns with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve virtual learning programs and nursing professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – required.
- Minimum 5 years of combined clinical and leadership or learning and development experience.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant nursing specialty.
- Additional 2 years of progressive leadership experience or professional development project work.
- Strong understanding of professional nursing practice, clinical education, and competency assessment.
- Experience designing, facilitating, or delivering training and educational programs.
- Familiarity with virtual learning platforms, adult learning principles, and learning evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
