We'll start by posting a detailed job description. Applications are thoroughly reviewed to create a list of suitable candidates.
Candidates go through initial interviews with our Philippines recruitment team to gauge skill match, communication aptitude and cultural fit.
A shortlist of highly qualified candidates is presented via email — CV plus notes from our interview — for your review. We then schedule 1-on-1 interviews between you and each candidate, with technical testing incorporated on request.
After satisfactory reference checks, we extend a formal job offer and guide the selected candidate through onboarding.

We recruit for any technical role in the Philippines and are able to cater for 1000+ different roles.
Dependant on your engagement (contractor or employee), your payment to your staff member will be different. If you engage as a contractor, you will pay them directly. If you engage as an employee, you will pay through one monthly invoice (Employer of Record Service).
We charge a one time fee for the recruitment service. This fee is only payable if you select a candidate and they sign the contract. There is no upfront deposits or costs when it comes to intially engaging with Permhunt. If you aren't satisfied with the talent, you pay nothing.
