About the Role

Our client is a Sydney based commercial real estate company seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder. This role will provide high-level support while helping keep priorities, schedules, and follow-through tightly organized across the business.

This role suits a polished EA with experience supporting senior leaders such as a Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, Managing Director, Director, or Country Lead in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Co-Founders calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, briefing notes, and follow-up actions
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and action items across stakeholders
  • Support reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents
  • Assist with invoices, records, CRM updates, and general business administration
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support ad hoc executive and administrative tasks as needed

Required Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives such as a Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, Director, Managing Director, or Country Lead
  • Strong executive support capability across calendar, inbox, travel, and meeting coordination
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
