About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage research projects end-to-end from proposal development and study design to execution, analysis, and final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that inform brand strategies at the point of purchase and drive client satisfaction
  • Act as the main liaison for client queries and ongoing communication
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Assist in creating project plans, tracking milestones, and managing timelines
  • Interpret research data and produce insightful, easy-to-understand reports
  • Utilize research platforms and digital tools for project execution
  • Join the Global Insights Academy, a training program designed to accelerate your development

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in marketing research, shopper and consumer insights, end-to-end project management, and data analysis/reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to produce accurate proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Proactive, accountable, and receptive to feedback
  • Willingness to work across US, Europe, and Asia time zones
  • Bachelors degree required (Masters degree is a plus)
