This role leads the design and implementation of automated systems, connected platforms, and intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization. You will build scalable integrations, streamline data movement, and create technology-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance business performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and configure workflow systems, dashboards, reporting views, and automation logic to support business operations
• Customize workflow structures, task types, and status flows based on functional requirements
• Build and maintain integrations between internal platforms and external applications
• Develop custom extensions, widgets, and tools using platform development frameworks
• Create automation scripts using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies
• Connect collaboration platforms and automation tools through APIs and middleware solutions
• Manage and support database interactions, structured queries, and data synchronization
• Implement secure, bi-directional data flows to ensure consistency and reliability
• Identify process bottlenecks and redesign workflows through automation
• Build rule-based and scripted automations for notifications, triggers, and business actions
• Develop Excel automations including macros and advanced workflow models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver continuous improvements
• Monitor automation health, integrations, and system performance
• Document workflows, systems, and best practices for long-term scalability
• Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Implement AI-supported workflows to improve analytics, reporting, and data handling
• Translate operational data into actionable insights and improvements
• Partner across technical and business teams to deliver connected solutions

Technical Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, CSS, and API integrations
• Solid background in databases, data pipelines, and system automation
• Advanced Excel automation skills
• Experience working with reporting and business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations and custom workflow systems

Automation & AI Experience

• Designing AI-enabled automation processes
• Crafting prompts and workflows for intelligent data processing

Education & Experience

• Preferred exposure to workflow platforms, data collection tools, and version control systems

Working Conditions

• Remote (with a chance of transitioning to hybrid setup)
• EST working hours
