Overview

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to convert high-level ideas into clear, actionable product work that delivers customer value. Partnering with a Product Owner and cross-functional teams, youll translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and flow diagrams that guide delivery. Youll support agile ways of working, validate features, and use data to inform decisions. Ideal for someone curious, detail-oriented, and keen to grow within a fast-moving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to elicit, document, and refine product requirements.

• Decompose epics into user stories with acceptance criteria and end-to-end workflows.

• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and ticket creation (e.g., Jira).

• Support QA/UAT by verifying features against agreed requirements.

• Perform basic analyses to inform product decisions and test assumptions.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership to maintain alignment.

• Spot and suggest process improvements across the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to structure complex problems into actionable components.

• Familiarity with agile product development practices.

• Foundational understanding of SaaS or digital products.

• Comfortable with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar (or willing to learn).

• Tertiary studies in business, information systems, product, or related field (preferred, not essential).
