ActiveCampaign Administrator

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Part-Time ActiveCampaign Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our email marketing and automation strategies, ensuring that our clients maximize their engagement and ROI through the effective use of ActiveCampaign. As an ActiveCampaign Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing clients ActiveCampaign accounts, building automations, creating email campaigns, and supporting technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and configure forms to be embedded on client landing pages.

• Build automations to support form opt-ins with tailored email follow-up sequences.

• Enhance and optimize existing automations to improve performance.

• Design and deploy email campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand.

• Import and manage contact data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with email marketing laws.

• Manage and segment email lists for targeted campaigns and effective communication.

• Set up new ActiveCampaign accounts for onboarding clients, including:

  • Custom fields

  • Forms

  • Automations

  • Emails

  • Users and user permission types

  • General account configurations

• Collaborate with IT to ensure technical implementation of new accounts, including DNS and email verifications, site tracking, and other necessary setups.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ActiveCampaign, including creating automations, campaigns, and account setups.

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and list management.

• Familiarity with DNS and email verification processes.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
