Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join their team. In this role, youll support Senior Account Managers with Amazon brand account operations. While you generally wont interact directly with clients, your strong background in customer service and account management will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your customer service and account management experience to communicate technical and complex ideas in simple language for clients.
- Coordinate with various team members to execute growth initiatives and solve difficult (and sometimes, urgent) problems.
- Prepare detailed internal reports to track account performance and progress.
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data and ad results, to identify growth opportunities.
- Think creatively and voice ideas to solve problems, improve processes, or drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on Amazons latest policies, tools, and best practices to keep operations running smoothly.
- Efficiently manage daily tasks within Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, order management, and account health.
Key Competencies:
- Strong background in customer service and management; client communications in English via email is a big plus.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Amazon experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets.
- High quality and standards for presenting to clients.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, is a plus.
- Advanced familiarity with AI.
